ORDER PROCESS TIME

For all orders, Nodaleto have a process time of 1 to 2 business day.

If the order is placed during the weekend, it’ll be processed by the first following business day, Monday.

All orders received after 1pm (Paris time) will be processed the next business day.

 

After placing your order on Nodaleto.com, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING ORDER

FRANCE

Please allow us 1 to 3 business days before the shipment of your Nodaletos’.

If you chose priority delivery, your package will be processed and shipped within the business day of your order, or the next business day if placed on weekend or after 1pm.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Please allow us 2 to 4 business days before the shipment of your order.

We deliver globally.

Except for the following country: Russia.

 

DUTIES 

Please be aware that customs duties outside European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery.

You have 14 days after the reception of your package to request for a refund.

Once we receive your refund, you can re-order the right size or model.
