Refund policy

Free Returns:

According to our Terms & Conditions, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a refund.

A prepaid return label is included in your package. Please use this label to return your order.

Please note that, for a return to be accepted, the shoes must be returned in perfect condition, with no defects or damage.

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will proceed with the refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
